Hands-On Doers

We collaborate with leaders and founders. We work for the love of our work. We launch and develop our own ideas. We help others realize their ideas. We simply work.

That’s great but…

What do Ryan and Erin actually do, is this an agency? A husband and wife tech team? Help me understand! Hope you like lists.

  • Establish a presence. We have been hands-on in developing: Product strategies, brand identity, product design, packaging, IP development, advertising, storytelling, social media strategy, brand naming, logo creation, and community building.

  • Business fundamentals are important to us. We have been hands-on in developing: Business Plans, product decks, financials & fundraising efforts, valuation reports, hiring strategies, and developing overall company execution strategies. We have occupied Board Director roles and have helped guide founders and C-level executives.

  • We have found that visuals are extremely important. We have developed the UI/UX of games, platforms, websites, and utility apps. We are passionate and skilled photographers, videographers, editors, and directors, and excel in storytelling through all visual mediums.

  • We tie all the above into an execution plan that we carry out and can help carry out.

  • We have taken our own ideas and have fully executed them to a completely successful financial exit, and or merger acquisition.

Business Fudamentals.

Being in tech, brand, and product building, we have become experts in the “latest and greatest”: AI, ChatGPT, Blockchain, VR/AR, Crypto ;( etc. We even took the time to get Blockchain certified from Colombia University. The truth is, it’s hard to separate the hype of new technologies from technologies that provide real value and help with growth.

The way we look at it - and how we conduct business is NOT through “Hype”, we believe in core business fundamentals. The ones that have been around for the past 100+ years. Hard work (done by us), fiscal responsibility-profitability, planning, passion, network, reputation, and creativity.

NOT A.I.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that. A.I. is cool, and amazing tech, but the visuals you see here were created by us. All of it.

Not an agency

Ryan here. So I ran an agency for some 15 years of my life, and we learned a lot, actually, we learned so much that we decided to develop and launch our own ideas and the ideas of those around us that saw the things we were capable of building. It developed into the idea; that working with good people that know us or know those that have worked directly with us is the way forward. So when I say “not an agency” I mean that, we are two people with a solid network and higher-than-normal abilities who have built, launched, and successfully exited companies that were once just an idea.
